About the Job We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our growing team! The right person for this role is someone who is excited about the Sundae mission, enjoys the challenges of a fast paced work environment and is looking to revolutionize the real estate industry. We are growing fast and this position allows you to design an elegant experience in a complex industry from the ground up. An ideal candidate loves detailed workflows and wants to design products that enhance user experience and solve their problems. A strong portfolio of successful technical projects is essential. You will be joining our dynamic team to make our products more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers. Responsibilities Become intimately familiar with Sundae's customers. Create personas and define customer needs through user research and data Develop detailed process flows to define end to end experiences in the customer journey, mapping both digital and in-person aspects of the customer experience Translate business and customer needs into elegant interaction designs that help solve problems while delivering a delightful experience Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback Create wireframes and prototypes and test different interaction models to find creative ways to solve problems through UX (e.g. usability, findability) Work with UI designers to implement visual designs that create a consistent end to end user experience and add to the interaction design Partner with the engineering team to design and implement concepts and products Keep abreast of design trends, competitor offerings and industry trends to inform design ideas and solutions Skills Background in project management and research Expert in interaction design and information architecture Proficient in design software (e.g. Invision, Figma) Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus Problem-solving aptitude Analytical mind with a business acumen Excellent communication skills Qualifications 8
