Job Summary and Essential Job Duties The In-Cell Maintenance Technician works directly with the production team and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of the manufacturing cell.
Through On-the-Job Training (OJT) and utilization of prior experience, the Custodian will:
Perform basic Preventive Maintenance (PMs), clean, and maintain designated machines and equipment (e.
g.
, generators, polishers, centrifuge, blocking press, radius lathe, etc.
) Clean, organize, and maintain production area, including sweeping and mopping of floors and scrubbing and cleaning, sinks, inspection and paint booths, tables, cabinets, and other surfaces Clean, organize, and maintain work area tools and supplies Restock and refill consumables in work area Remove trash and recycling from work area Perform related work as required Education/Experience Requirements:
A High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum Requirements:
Must work effectively in a team setting Establishes effective working relationships among team members Demonstrates personal integrity, responsibility, and accountability Ability to work in a challenging, fast paced environment with good organization and time management skills Ability to follow directions Strong attention to detail Other Skills and
Experience:

Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp.

This position works within a manufacturing environment.
The noise level can vary from quiet to loud frequencies.
May require area specific safety training Generally works in a clean environment and works to maintain the environment as such.
The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes May involve the use of oils and solvents.
